The Vision

Stunt Gymnastics is a coed program. As a gymnastic discipline all students train skills
that develop strength and flexibility. The training develops individual characteristics for the
body, soul and spirit:

Beginning Stunt Classes

All stunt classes are co-ed, multi-generational classes that last 1 hour, once a week with age ranges from 5 to 18 years old. Three events are taught in each stunt class: Tumbling, Acrobatic Stunts and Trampoline. Stunt classes are divided by sklll levels. Beginner skills include:

When students reach the intermediate level, they are required to come twice a week. The main cause of injury is fear. Hesitation and quitting in the middle of the stunt because of fear not only can cause injuries but also increases fear. The best remedy for fear is increased familiarity of the skills. Practiciing skills more frequently increases safety.

Advanced students are required to come 4 hours a week for the recreational stunt classes. The increased difficulties of the stunts demands more training.
