The Vision

Stunt Gymnastics is a coed program. As a gymnastic discipline all students train skills
that develop strength and flexibility. The training develops individual characteristics for the
body, soul and spirit:

Disclaimer

Stunt Gymnastics, as with all the other gymnastics disciplines, is not a fitness program. All gymnastics training presupposes a certain level of physical fitness before training begins. Of course, that is not usually the case. Therefore, all gymnastics programs include supplemental conditioning to increase flexibility and strength. The movements themselves are also exercise for the body. However, students that are overweight, frail or extremely weak, will struggle with the program. These kinds of students are at greater risk of injury, without falls or crashes in training, simply because of the strain in doing the gymnastics movement.

If your child is of this type, and wants to participate, we encourage your family to put your child on a home regiment. We are not nutritionists. If your child is overweight, seek professional help in reducing the weight. If your child is extremely weak and frail, find a personal trainer to help increase their strength.

Stunt Gymnastics, is a group activity that requires basic social skills. The program encourages civil behavior, good sportsmanship and respect for fellow students and team mates. However, if your child is rebellious or emotionally disturbed, this program is not equipped to help your child in such cases. Co-operation is required for the safety and success of all the athletes. Students who are not cooperative will be asked to leave the program. Social training is primarily the responsibility of the parents, not this school. If your child is extremely uncooperative, rebellious, or emotionally disturbed, please seek appropriate professional help.
