The Vision

Stunt Gymnastics is a coed program. As a gymnastic discipline all students train skills

For the 2005 GAT conference, where I conducted clinics in comparing Artistic Gymnastics to Acrobatic Gymnastics, I scripted and edited this DVD. The video was on behalf of Texas Acro, for whom I had been the state director. It is aimed at professional coaches with the intention of encouraging them to start a program. If you are familiar with gymnastics but don't understand acrobatics, this video explains the similarities and differences. Viewing time is 26:44.

Training Young Ladies and Gentlemen

The School

Alexander's School of Acrobatics is a unique program unlike any other gymnastics school. The core of the program is the USAG Acrobatic Gymnastics program. However this is the sun around which the rest of the curricula orbits. The program is ideal training for Cheerleaders, Group Gymnasts, Dancers and competitive acrobatic training. The owner has 30 years experience in both competitive coaching and theatrical productions. Alex is available for clinics. Use the Site Map on the left and explore the possibilities.

I wanted to pass along some info about a class that my girls are taking and love it. I could not afford the exuberant prices of gymnastics but found this program and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The girls have gone from beginner to beginner/intermediate in a short time and they are learning team work as well as Christian principles along the way. Alex cares about each student and wants to see them excel in the sport of acrobatics and their Christian walk.
