About
Legacy Gymnastics Academy teaches gymnastics, parkour, ninja and tumbling at its San Diego and Chula Vista gyms, with USAG and WFPF certified coaches. Classes run from Explorers (walking to 3) and Little Jumpers (3–5) to Gym Gliders (5–6) and Gym Levels 1–3 for ages 6+, alongside Ninja Tots, Dino Ninjas and Parkour for ages 7+.
Tumbling and trampoline start at 7, trampoline with a 6-to-1 ratio. Competitive programs include the Mighty Bolts pre-team, a J.O. (Levels 3–10) and Xcel team, and a parkour team, and the gym runs open gyms, Jam Nights and camps.
