About
Golden Gymnastics Training Center teaches girls and boys from preschool to high school in a 12,000-square-foot facility, with competitive teams and private instruction.
Girls' teams progress from Bronze through Silver and Gold, and boys' teams run from Level 3 upward through the optional levels; every team requires a tryout. Golden has also started its first adult competition team, run as a co-op in which experienced members coach newer ones.
