About
Raleigh School of Gymnastics is marking 50 years in Raleigh. Leapfrogs, for ages 3–5, uses circuits and games with a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio. Hot Shots is an invitation-only advanced preschool pre-team for ages 4–5 that meets twice a week at an 8:1 ratio. Girls' classes start at age 5, and gymnasts must master each level before moving on; Tumble/Fit pairs tumbling with conditioning. Jr Team, by invitation for ages 5–7, trains USA Gymnastics compulsory Levels 2 and 3, and the Stars team competes in-house and against Stars teams at other local gyms. Competitive gymnasts can choose AAU Xcel, USAG Xcel or USAG Levels 6–10. Summer camp weeks run 8am–3pm for $375.
