About

Team Attraction Gymnastics (TAG) in Apex bills monthly on a 47-class year, so there is no extra charge for five-class months, and it no longer charges an annual membership fee. Pre-Gym (Rubies, ages 3–5) runs 50 minutes with up to six children per instructor for $113 a month. Developmental Level 1 is split by age into Emeralds (5–8) and Sapphires (8–13), followed by Onyx (Level 2); these and tumbling (ages 7½ and up) are 55 minutes for $121, and Jade (Level 3) is 85 minutes for $149. Classes before 3:30pm get matinee pricing. Competitive gymnasts join by recommendation and tryout and progress through pre-team (2–4 hours a week), Xcel, compulsory Levels 2–5 (9–13 hours) and optional Levels 6–10 (15–22 hours). TAG alumni have gone on to college programs including NC State, UCLA and Minnesota.
