Gymnastics Elite For Kids teaches gymnastics, tumbling and preschool. Preschool classes for boys and girls from 18 months to 4 years rotate through the 4 women's events, with lesson plans and obstacle courses changing every 2 weeks.
Girls' gymnastics (5–15) runs at an 8-to-1 ratio, starting with Stars 1 for 5- and 6-year-olds and moving up through Super Stars and Shining Stars. Boys' classes for ages 4–12 run 55 minutes at a 6-to-1 ratio, from basics on floor, trampoline and a warped wall to Stunt Kids tumbling and Intro to Tricking for ages 7 and up. Tumbling starts at 7, and teams start at 4.
