About
Dana Mannix Gymnastics Center (DMGC) recently marked 30 years. Its preschool line starts with a parent-and-child class for 18–30 months, then 45-minute classes for 3-year-olds and hour-long classes for 4- and 5-year-olds that add trampoline and Tumbl Trak; Pre-K+ is an invitation-only technique class for 3- and 4-year-old girls.
School-age options include five tumbling levels, ninja classes starting with Ninja 1 for ages 5–8, a recreational cheer team that practices weekly without heavy time or cost, daytime homeschool gymnastics and adult classes. The Ninja Team is a year-round program that families can drop in or out of monthly, with at least three in-house Ninja Showdowns a year. A Bring a Friend offer gives a $25 credit when a referred friend signs up for a month of classes.
