For intermediate gymnasts aged 5 and up, the Xcel Program provides balanced training and friendly competitions in 2-3 sessions per week. Advanced gymnasts aged 6 years and above can join the USAG Development Program, featuring rigorous training and competitive elite opportunities with 4-6 weekly sessions.
