In the Competitive Programs, gymnasts receive personalized training from experienced coaches, with practice hours varying by skill level. For beginners, the Recreational Program focuses on developing fundamental rhythmic gymnastics skills, flexibility, coordination, and rhythm. The program offers three different groups based on age: Super stars, Dancing stars, and Rising stars.

The school is led by Alsu Alya Oshepkova, an Instructor and Head Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Athletics. Alsu has received top awards in rhythmic gymnastics competitions from 1975 to 1985 and holds a USA Gymnastics National Safety Certification.
