About
Eagles Gymnastics runs a recreational program for girls and boys from 12 months to 17 years alongside its competitive teams. Parent & Tot classes for 12 months–3 years and preschool classes for 3–5 run 40 minutes. Girls' classes are level-based, with every beginner starting at Level 1 regardless of age, and invitation-only groups take evaluated recreational gymnasts further: Mini-Stars (ages 3–5 or Levels 1–2, 7:1 ratio), Stars (Levels 3–4) and Shooting Stars (Levels 5–10), both at 10:1.
Boys can take ninja from age 5, and trampoline & tumbling classes for boys and girls 7+ train on the spring floor and trampolines only. All staff are USAG trained, and missed classes can be made up in another class or with an open gym token.
