About
Agility Gymnastics starts children at 18 months with a 35-minute Parent/Child class (to age 3), followed by a 35-minute class for 3-year-olds and 60-minute classes for 4- and 5-year-old girls and boys. Boys 6 and up train basic gymnastics, trampoline and foam pit skills.
Cheer-based tumbling for girls and boys 6–14 uses trampoline, tumble trak and the main floor, with an invite-only intermediate/advanced class covering the tumbling, jumping and stunting skills cheer squads require. Competitive teams cover Junior Olympic Levels 2–10 and the Xcel program.
