About
Capital Gymnastics in Verona was established in 2018 and teaches ages 15 months to 18 years. Tiny Stars is a 45-minute parent-and-tot class for 18 months–3 years, and Super Stars preschool classes for 3–5 run 50 minutes. Recreational levels progress from Gym Stars (5–7) and Shooting Stars (7–14) at Level 1 to 75-minute Shining Stars (Level 2) and Dazzling Stars (Level 3), using floor, bars, vault, beam, trampoline and Tumbl Trak.
Pop Stars is a 90-minute progressive tumbling class for ages 8–18 covering walkovers through running tumbling. Capital also runs Ninja Academy, competitive teams, private lessons, preschool playtime, Capital Adventure night, tumbling clinics, summer camps and birthday parties.
