About

North Shore Academy of Gymnastics combines artistic gymnastics, a ninja program, rhythmic classes and a Tramp & Tumble team. Its tot ladder starts with Tumble Buddies (ages 1–3, with a parent; potty training not required), then Wiggle Worms (3, the first class without parents), Tumble Bee's (4) and Fire Flies (5). Specialty tot classes include Jumping Beans, built around trampolines and the Tumble Trak, and Junior Ninja for 3- and 4-year-olds on a scaled-down ninja structure and warped wall.

Girls' recreational gymnastics begins at 6 and moves from Beginner and Developmental classes into Levels 1–6 across vault, bars, beam, floor, strength and trampoline. Ninja classes come in co-ed or boys-only groups for ages 5–6, 7–9 and 10 and up, with skill tests to move up. Adult gymnastics classes and open gyms round out the schedule.
