About
Nashville Gymnastics Training (NGTC) has classes from 18 months through adult. Its competitive team covers J.O. Levels 2–10 and Xcel Silver through Platinum, fed by invitation-only team-prep groups: Advanced Preschool, Mightys and Pre-Team for girls 4–9.
Girls' gymnastics starts at age 5, and each class learns a routine on vault, bars, beam and floor before moving up. Preschool runs from Parent & Peep (18–36 months) to age 4, tumbling is co-ed from age 6, and there is a ninja warrior program. Adults 16 and up can take a weekly class, $30 drop-ins, or the $132-a-month Adult Pass, which adds a second weekly class and Saturday Adult Open Gym.
