About
Dynamo Gymnastics teaches ages 20 months to 18 years. Preschool classes are grouped by age: Parent-tot (20 months to 2, with an adult), Tinymite (3) and Minimite (4). Girls 5 and older move through Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate) and Level 3 (Advanced), boys 5+ start in Beginner Boys, and tumbling begins at 6. Preschool activities change every 3 weeks with new themed games and songs.
Team Dynamo fields girls' and boys' competitive teams, and the gym lists Jennie Thompson, Erica Stokes, Michelle Campi and Mina Kim among its past Level 10 and elite gymnasts. A heated and air-conditioned Playzone is open to the public.
