About
Omaha Gymnastics Academy North was Premier Gymnastics Academy until OGA bought it in August 2023. Premier began in 1976 as the Omaha School of Gymnastics, a non-profit that started as a small tumbling class in a dance studio, moved to its 99th Street home in 1978, and moved into the current building in November 2001 under owners Tom Koll and Jody Newman.
The North gym is home to OGA's Girls Development Team (Levels 1–10), its invitation-only TOPs, HOPES and Elite program led by Coach Kelley Green, and a coed recreational Trampoline and Tumbling program from age 5 on Tumble Trak, rod floor and trampoline. Gym Tots (18–36 months) come with an adult for 40 minutes a week, and KinderGym (ages 3–5) uses preschool-sized equipment.
