About
Central Virginia Gymnastics (CVG) in Powhatan is under new ownership and has revamped its preschool program for walkers up to age 5, with both daytime and evening classes. Daytime preschool runs at the same time as homeschool classes for older siblings.
Recreational classes run from Copper to Gold levels, and the competitive team competes in the USA Gymnastics Xcel program from Silver, fed by a pre-team. CVG also offers adult gymnastics, monthly Fun Gyms open to all skill levels, Toddler Tumble Time for ages 5 and under, and half-day camps (12:30–3:30 PM) on school days off.
