About
Full Force Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics member club and a Safe Sport certified club. It competes USAG Levels 3–9 and XCEL, and its recreational classes cover ages 18 months to 18 years.
The class ladder starts with Mom/Pop & Tots (18 months–3 years) and 50-minute Tumble Tots (3–5), then hour-long Shooting Stars (5–18) on floor, bars, beam, Tumbletrak and vault. Novas and Super Novas need coach permission plus a pullover on bars, a bridge kick-over and a round-off, and prepare gymnasts for the JV team. There is also a homeschool class for ages 5 and up.
