About
Momentum Acrobatics is a Sorrento Valley gym built around trampoline and tumbling, acro gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, parkour/ninja and preschool classes for ages 10 months to 5 years. Equipment includes Olympic trampolines, aerial silks and parkour obstacles, and classes can be combined across disciplines.
Competitive teams cover acro, rhythmic (from age 3) and trampoline and tumbling, with a pre-team stage before team. In October 2025 Momentum hosted Acro Super Camp West, a three-day acrobatic gymnastics camp for athletes and coaches from across the western US. Adults can take Adult Cirque (silks and lyra) and Adult Tumbling, and the gym runs adult parties and corporate events.
