About
Impact Gymnastics and Sports Academy in Sherwood builds a lifelong gymnastics habit for girls and boys ages 3–18 through supportive, skill-focused coaching. Preschool classes (ages 3–4) introduce movement in a dedicated preschool space; recreational gymnastics uses circuit-style skill development on floor and apparatus; and a high-energy ninja-style class mixes gymnastics strength with obstacle-course running, climbing, swinging, and tumbling—especially popular with boys.
