About
Old Pueblo Gymnastics Academy (OPGA) offers boys' and girls' gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline, cheer, freeform gymnastics, preschool gymnastics and FitNaztics, a special needs program. Most recreational classes meet once a week for 45–60 minutes, and developmental classes run 60–120 minutes.
The boys' team trains 10–20 hours a week for state, regional and national competition. The girls compete in Xcel (Bronze through Diamond) and JO Levels 6–7, and a tramp and tumble team competes in Arizona meets ending with the state championships in Phoenix.
