Salem Gymnastics & Swim has taught gymnastics and swimming since 1980. Swim lessons start at 3 months, preschool Guppies levels teach 3- and 4-year-olds to swim without floaties in 30-minute classes, and Adaptive Swim offers inclusive lessons with Swim Whisperers certified instructors. The gym raises money for the Hope Floats Foundation through Hope Floats @ Salem Swim.
