Champions Gymnastics Training Center in Rock Hill, SC teaches boys and girls from 18 months up. Classes are grouped by age: Tumble Bees (18 months–2 years, 30 minutes, Saturdays), Tumble Bears (ages 3–4, 50 minutes, covering vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline), Swinging Monkeys (ages 5–6, one hour) and Rising Stars (ages 7 and up, one hour, on Olympic-sized equipment).
