About
Perpetual Motion Gymnastics was founded in 1991. Its Woodbury gym, east of Saint Paul off I-94, draws students from across the eastern Twin Cities and Wisconsin, including Stillwater, Hudson and River Falls. Preschool classes run 45 minutes in four age bands from walking to 5, recreational gymnastics starts in Kindergarten, and tumbling starts at 6.
Ninja Zone mixes obstacle courses, free movement, gymnastics and martial arts in 45-minute classes, from Little Ninjas (4–5) to Ninja Level White (5–7) and Yellow (8–10). The girls' team path starts with the invitation-only Hurricanes (ages 5–7, usually for 12–18 months), then the Xcel team (6 and up) and the Developmental Team (7 and up), which competes Levels 4–10.
